Steven N. Katz joined Perimeter Commercial Real Estate in March 2017 as Director of Tenant Services and Associate Broker. Mr. Katz specializes in representing office and Medical and Healthcare practices with their real estate needs throughout the metro Atlanta area and across the U.S.
Mr. Katz has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of their commercial real estate needs. With 25+ years’ experience in leasing, subleasing, purchasing and selling, he implements his market expertise and negotiating skills to facilitate transactions for both building owners and tenants. Before joining Perimeter Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Katz was with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and prior to that he was with Ackerman & Co., where he represented a Chicago-based Landlord with their 1.5 million-square-foot Atlanta office portfolio. His owner representation experience adds value to his clients through an increased understanding of owners’ perspectives.
